It has been stated in the compliance affidavit that the representation of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 22.1.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate before appropriate forum on merits.
