Issue an appropriate order or direction to Respondent No. 1 to expeditiously decide and dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, filed in Suit No. 90 of 2023 (J.R. Enterprises and Another vs. Md. Hasan Surayya and Another), pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hardoi, within such shortest time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. b. Direct Opposite Party No. 1 to expeditiously adjudicate and dispose of Suit No. 90 of 2023, titled "J.R. Enterprises and Another vs. Md. Hasan Surayya and Another" pending before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hardoi. C. Grant injunction during pendency of the application before the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hardoi." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
