The present appeal has been filed for quashing of the impugned summoning order dated 16.08.2022, passed by learned Special Judge Sc/St Act, Lucknow in Sessions Case No. 1517/2022 (State vs. Bajrang Singh and others) as well as chargesheet dated 27.02.2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 664/2021, Under Section 323, 504, 506, 147 I.P.C., and Section 3(1)(Da) 3(1)(Dha), Sc/St Act, Police Station Sarojni Nagar, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for appellants, after arguing for some time, submits that present appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is provided that in case the appellants Bajrang Singh, Adarsh Singh, Suraj Singh, Brijendra Pal Singh and Swarnpal Singh appear before the trial court within two weeks from today and apply for bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).
