This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned first information Report as Case F.I.R. No.0430 of 2024 Under Section 498A, 323, 427, 506 IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered at Police Station- Madiyaon District Lucknow, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties not to arrest the Petitioners in case F.I.R. No.0430 of 2024 Under Section 498A, 323, 427, 506 IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered at Police Station- Madiyaon District Lucknow, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition." Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by one Ms. Aarju Prajapati, Lady Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Madiyaon, Lucknow, wherein it has been stated that the Final Report has been prepared on 12.01.2025 after mediation became successful. Instructions are kept on record. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Investigating OfÏcer not to arrest the petitioners in the aforementioned F.I.R. till the Final Report/ Closure Report is produced before the Court concerned for appropriate orders to be passed thereon.
