The present application has been filed praying or extension or modification of the Page No.# 2/2 order dated 13.03.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.310/2025. 3. It has been submitted that both sides have already settled their dispute and for the absence of the present applicant, the trial court had issued Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest (NBWA) against him. This Court had interfered with the orders of the learned trial court and the applicant was directed to appear before the trial court in respect of N.I. Case No.60/2022 within 15 days period to be calculated from 13.03.2025. 4. Mr. Haque has submitted that for settlement of the dispute between the parties, the applicant could not appear on that date. Therefore, he submits that he needs some time to appear before the trial court so that he can deposit the entire amount in the trial court. 5. Having considered the submissions made by Mr. Haque, this Court is of the opinion that the applicant deserves to be given some time to appear before the trial court. The next date fixed by the trial court is 9th May, 2025. Therefore, the applicant is directed to appear in the court of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Barpeta in connection with N.I. Case No.60/2022. On that day, he shall deposit the entire cheque amount of ₹2000,00/- (Rupees Two Lakh) as agreed to by both the parties. 6. Till then, the applicant Nripen Ch. Sarma @ Nripen Sarma shall not be arrest by police. With the aforesaid direction, the I.A. (Crl.) stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
