In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.4 stand dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to correct name and date of birth of petitioner in the High School Certificate-cum- Mark-sheet as Sumaiya Irfan and date of birth 31.12.1999 at the place of incorrect name Km Sumayya & date of birth 21.12.1999 with date of birth being corrected to 31.12.1999 instead of 21.12.1999. 4. Since grievance raised by learned counsel for petitioner would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.5 i.e. Principal, Talim Gahe Niswan Inter College, Lucknow which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case the school concerned permits change of name or date of birth or Board, consequential action may be taken by Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Prayagraj. 5.
