In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record. On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the representation of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 18.2.2025 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Basic Education, U.P., Lucknow. The order dated 18.2.2025 has also been annexed with the instructions and shall form part of the records of the case. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
