I have perused the record, whereby it is revealed that the matter pertains to issuance of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to treat the petitioner as Scheduled Caste category candidate by accepting her certificate as Annexure-2 to the writ petition in regard to admission in Combined Pre Medical Test of the year 1995. 4. This Court after considering the matter at length, passed an order on 22.12.1995, which is being quoted below: "...................................... Meanwhile respondents are directed to accept the Scheduled Caste Certificate of the petitioner for C.P.M.T. examination, 1995." 5. By efflux of time, it appears that writ petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
