Heard Mr. M. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M.R. Adhikari, learned CGC appearing for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition is on account of non-payment of family pension, which she claims to be entitled to being a divorce/unmarried daughter of the deceased employee. 3. Today, when the matter has been called, Mr. M.R. Adhikari, learned CGC submits a letter dated 30.05.2025 received from the N.F. Railway, Maligaon, wherein it is stated that “One and the same Person Affidavit” being filed by the petitioner, the prayer of the petitioner for family pension shall be further processed. 4. It appears that it is the specific case of the petitioner that due to the mismatch of the surname of the petitioner, the prayer of the family pension has not been processed. 5. Since, as per the instructions received and the endorsement made by the learned CGC for the respondents, upon filing an “One and the same Person Affidavit”, the prayer for family pension to the petitioner shall be processed, I am of the considered view that in the interest of justice, the instant writ petition can be disposed of with a direction that upon the petitioner filing an “One and the same Person Affidavit”, the respondents shall, within a period of 4 (four) weeks from thereof, shall process the application of the petitioner for release of
