The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge sheet No. 01 of 2021 dated 07.6.2021 arising out of Case crime No. 100 of 2021 under section 498A, 323,504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against the Petitioner No. 1& 2 Police Station Kotwlai Nagar, District Raebareli as well as for quashing the order dated 26.7.2022 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli in Criminal Case No. 27225 of 2022 "State Versus Amit Chaturvedi & others" as well as for quashing of whole criminal proceeding of Criminal Case No. 27225 of 2022 "State Versus Amit Chaturvedi & others" pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli as contained in Annexure No. 1&2 respectively, so far as it relates to the Petitioners." At the very outset, learned Counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
