The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the warrant issued against the 3rd respondent is pending for more than one and a half years. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking appropriate directions to the respondents police. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish the cell phone numbers of the 3rd respondent as well as his relatives to the 2nd respondent police so as to enable them to trace out the call records and to locate the whereabouts/movements of the 3rd respondent/accused through cell phone towers. On receipt of the cell phone numbers, the 2nd respondent police is directed to execute the warrant as early as possible. 5.
