A Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0008/2018 under Section 406/409/420 and 120B IPC registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on the basis of Settlement with all the victims. 2. It is submitted in the Petition that there were 41 victims in all who all had settled their differences with the Petitioners vide individual Agreements which have been placed on record. Therefore, a prayer is made that the Petition be quashed. 3. The I.O present today in the Court also submits that all the payments have duly been received by all the victims which fact is also indicated in the Chargesheet. This is a digitally signed order.
