Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 05.03.2026:- “Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 03.03.2026 alongwith copy of consideration order dated 24.02.2026 and on that basis submits that but for petitioners No.12 & 15, the judgment in question has been implemented qua all the petitioners. Learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is allowed two weeks’ further time to implement the judgment in letter & spirit qua the remaining petitioners as well. List thereafter.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - 2. Pursuant to above, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 20.03.2026 from the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, conveying passing of consideration orders in cases of petitioners No. 11, 12 and 15 as well towards implementation of the judgment in question. Aforesaid consideration orders have also been placed on record. 3. Taking note of above, present contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
