In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondent No.2 to 12 is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of recall application dated 20.7.2024 which is engaging the attention of respondent no.1. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in case an expedite order is passed. Considering the prayer made in the petition, this Court is of the opinion that no gainful purpose will be served in keeping the petition pending rather ends of justice can be served by directing the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the pending recall application. Without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of finally with direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the pending recall application, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, preferably as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the court concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law.
