HON’BLE MR JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE
O R D E R 20.11.2025 In terms of Order dated 20.02.2025, learned counsel for petitioners was directed to show as to how the dispute relating to the service conditions of employees with Employer Cooperative Society is amenable to the writ jurisdiction.
