The allegation of the petitioner is that his land has been illegally included in the site plan submitted by the opposite party no.2 to the opposite party no.1 and the opposite party no.1 has also illegally included it in the site plan and approved it even though the said land is required to be excluded from the site plan. 3. Counsel for the parties including the Counsel for the Co- operative Societies and the Lucknow Development Authority agree that a decision be taken on the application of the petitioner after hearing all the concerned including the Co- operative Society, we, therefore, dispose of this petition with a direction to the opposite party No.1-Vice-Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow, to take a decision on the application of the petitioner as per law but after hearing the petitioner and opposite party no.2 with expedition say within three months. .
