29.07.2025 1) Heard Mr. Himanshu Sinha, Advocate along with Mr. Malay Jain, P.L. for the State. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of
order dated 19.03.2025, Rs. 1,00,000/- was deposited with the Mediation Centre of this court. He also submits that the charge sheet has also been filed in the matter. 3) Perusal of the mediation report dated 17.04.2025 shows that respondent No. 2 / wife not appeared before the mediation centre and mediation was failed. 4) Also heard on I.A. No. 05/ 25 i.e application for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 5) On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I.A. No. 05/25 is allowed. 6) Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet and the amount deposited before the mediation centre by the petitioner is directed to be refunded to the petitioner if not paid to respondent No. 2.
