The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the orders dated 19.01.2016 passed JSCC Court as well as the Revisional Order dated 14.02.2020, whereby the revision was dismissed. 4. Both the Courts below have recorded concurrent findings of fact with regard to default committed by the tenant in depositing the rent, as such, I do not see any reason to interfere with the said orders.
