According to him, benefit of 3rd ACP was sanctioned to him by the competent authority vide order dated 7.9.2015, however monetary benefit thereof has not been released so far. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “(i) To issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the benefits of sanctioned ACP as per office order dated 07.09.2015 (Annexure No. 3) issued by Respondent No. 1. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to give the benefits of sectioned ACP to the petitioner. (iii) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus Commanding the Respondents to consider and decide the Representation dated 15.09.2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law. (Annexure No. 4)” (3) Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner makes a representation, the same shall be considered favourably. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner 2025:UHC:8706 to make representation within two weeks from today. If he makes representation within stipulated time claiming benefit of 3rd ACP, decision thereupon shall be taken by the Director, Horticulture, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
