An illness slip has been sent by counsel for the petitioners, however, as the matter is very old one, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter. Present petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the appellate Court whereby the order of the trial Court refusing to grant injunction was modified and the parties were directed to maintain status quo. As the suit is of the year 2016, I do not see any reason to modify the said order passed by the appellate Court at this stage. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
