The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed to quash the revisional order dated 18.09.2024 as well as Summoning order dated 12.09.2023 arising out of Complain case no.117 of 2023 U/S 323,379,504,506, IPC Police Staition -Tikaitnagar District Barabanki pending before Learned A.C.J.M. Court no.25 Barabanki, (Shail Kumari Sharma Versus Jaswant Kumar and others) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the petitioners move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned Court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
