The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.12.2024. 3. The learned Standing Counsel raises an objection that against the said order, an appeal lies. 4. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal, if so advised. 5. In case, such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 6. Any interim application filed by the appellant shall also be considered separately and decided in accordance with law with all expedition.
