There appears to be a dispute between petitioner and opposite parties no. 4 and 5 who are private parties. The petitioner seeks an injunction against the opposite parties no. 4 and 5. 3. Counsel for the petitioner could not point out any provision under which the District Magistrate could intervene in the matter. Petitioners may initiate proceedings under civil or criminal law if there is a cause. Moreover, we find that some writ petition is pending before this Court wherein an order has been passed on 05.04.2019, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-2, which the petitioner says that involves a dispute between the petitioners and aforesaid private parties. 4. The petition is not maintainable. The petition is dismissed only for this reason with liberty aforesaid.
