JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE. ORDER 17.02.2025 CCP(S) No. 341/2024 1. In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order dated 20.12.2023 by the respondents . 2. Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned appearing counsel for the respondents/contemnors produced a copy of permission bearing Registration No. NT/LG/25/01285 dated 14.02.2025 and would submit that the petitioner stands granted permission by the competent authority to establish a furniture unit subsequent to the suspension of his registration which suspension of registration came to be stayed by this Court in terms of order dated 20.12.2023, whereunder the instant contempt petition has arisen. 3. Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned appearing counsel for the respondents/contemnors would thus submit that the allegations of the non-compliance of order by the petitioner herein at the hands of the respondents has no factual basis. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would admit of the submission made by Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned appearing counsel for the respondents qua the issuance of fresh registration in favour of the petitioner on 14.02.2025 and would not press the instant contempt petition. 5. In view of above, the contempt notice issued is recalled and contempt proceedings are dropped. 6. Copy of permission bearing Registration No. NT/LG/25/01285 dated 14.02.2025 is taken on record. WP(C) No. 3330/2023 1. Objections have not been filed. 2. Three weeks further time is granted to the learned counsel for the respondents for filing the same. 3. List on 17th March 2025.
