CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 5900 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: Sri Thota Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are trying to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, without following due process of law. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State would submit that the Police will follow due process of law, if they intend to take any action against the petitioner. 3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs. Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
