The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 24.06.2015 passed under Section 21(8) of the U.P. Urban Building (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, whereby the rent was enhanced from 150 to 46,500/- and the appellate order dated 19.04.2016. 2. The orders on record indicate that the value of the property was taken into consideration while fixing the rent. 3. No interference is called for as findings of fact have been recorded after appreciating the evidence. The writ petition is dismissed.
