Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:20144 Court No. - 28 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 595 of 2004 Petitioner :- Ram Shekhar Respondent :- State Of U.P.Throgh Secy. Technical Training And Employment Counsel for Petitioner :- A.P.Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh, J. 1. Case called out in revised list. 2. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition. However, learned Standing Counsel is present. 3. The matter pertains to the year 2004 and since then it has remained pending. It appears that petitioner has lost his interest to pursue his case. 4. Even from the record, it appears that this Court passed an interim order on 03.02.2004, whereby the petitioner was permitted to participate in the selection process. 5. In view of the aforesaid fact, at this juncture it cannot be said that writ petition is surviving for the reason that selection might have taken place. 6. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. . (Brij Raj Singh, J.)
