2. Petitioner retired from Uttarakhand Transport Corporation in the year 2019.
3. According to petitioner, he is not being given benefit of 6th Pay Commission, although other employees were given said benefit with effect from 01.10.2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation, but no decision has been taken thereupon. He submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation.
5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation within two weeks from today. If he makes fresh representation, claiming benefit of 6th Pay Commission, decision thereupon shall be taken by Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation within four months from the date of receipt of such representation.
