The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct the Special Judge Gangster Act / Additional District And Session Judge, Court No. 5, District- Faizabad to decide the application dated 27.06.2024 pending in Case No.06 of 2023, under Section 16(1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangster And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station- Raunahi, District - Faizabad, titled "State versus Amit Kumar Jaiswal", pending before him, expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the Special Judge Gangster Act / Additional District And Session Judge, Court No. 5, District- Faizabad to decide the application dated 27.06.2024 pending in Case No. 06 of 2023, under Section 16(1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangster And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station- Raunahi, District - Faizabad, titled "State versus Amit Kumar Jaiswal", pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
