Pushilal, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, namely 1. Sri Prafulla Deuri, 2. Jiaur Rahman @ Md. Jiaur Ahmed, 3. Sri Ajoy Boro and 4. Sri Nabin Daimari, by order dated 05.05.2025, were allowed to go on interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners after obtaining interim bail from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Sonitpur, Tezpur, have appeared before the Investigating Officer of Tezpur P.S. Case No. 241/2025 and have cooperated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Tezpur P.S. Case No. 241/2025. Page No.# 3/3 4. However, he submits that there are incriminating materials against the petitioners in the case diary. 5. He further submits that even before getting the interim bail by this Court, their statements under Section 181 of BNS, 2023 have also been recorded. 6. Considering the fact that the statement of the petitioners are already recorded and the investigation has been fairly progressed and there is no indication as to whether the petitioners have abused their liberty while on bail, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 05.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition No. 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 7.
