Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:12451 Court No. - 7 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 21328 of 2019 Petitioner :- Sanwal Prasad And Ors. Respondent :- Civil Judge J.D. Balrampur And Ors. Counsel for Petitioner :- Om Prakash Misra Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. An illness slip has been sent by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, as the matter is very old, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. The present petition arises out of a challenge to an amendment application. Considering the fact that the interlocutory application has been decided, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned
order. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the orders after the final decree. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
