Both the learned GA and the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to delete the name of the respondent No. 4 from the cause title of the connected writ petition.
