Petitioner is serving as Medical Officer (AYUSH) at Civil Hospital Bharmour, District Chamba, stated to be a hard/difficult area. His grievance is that after completion of two summers and three winters, he preferred a representation on 29.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer to a soft area, however, till date the 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 aforesaid representation has not been decided by the competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.
