Petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage to decide issue of Grade-Pay on basis of a communication send by the Committee of Management of K.G.K. Inter College Moradabad on 15.7.2021 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware as to whether any such communication has been considered by the DIOS, Moradabd or not and he prays that the same may be considered expeditiously or direction be passed to the Committee of Management of K.G.K. Inter College Moradabad to send a fresh proposal/communication. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that claim of the petitioner if still pending or any fresh representation/application is filed, same will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case above referred representation/application is still pending before the DIOS, Moradabad same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a short period and the Committee of Management of K.G.K.
