The accused was arrested in connection with F.I.R./Case No. 83/2024, registered at Police Station, Kunzer, for offences punishable under Sections 8/18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. 2. A Coordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the accused on 30.08.2024, subject to the conditions stipulated in the said order. 3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation is complete, and the Final Report/Charge-sheet (Challan) has been presented before the competent court on 09.10.2024. 4. Taking into consideration the contents of the application and the nature of the offences levelled against the applicant, and in view of the fact that the Charge-sheet has already been laid before the competent court, the order dated 30.08.2024, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the instant application, does not require any further elucidation or modification. 5. Therefore, the order dated 30.08.2024, whereby the applicant was admitted to interim bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 83 of 2024 registered at Police Station, Kunzer, for offences under Sections 8/18 of the NDPS Act, is hereby made absolute along with the conditions stipulated therein. 6.
