Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging show cause notice dated 10.12.2024 issued by the Assistant Director of Education (Basic), Ayodhya pertaining to appointment of authorized controller. 3. Further prayer for a direction to ofÏcer/ofÏcial concerned to attest signatures of petitioners as Manager in pursuance of his application dated 02.12.2022 has also been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he is not pressing his prayer no.1 pertaining to challenge to the show cause notice and is in fact emphasizing on prayer no.2. 5. It has been submitted that Elections to the Committee of Management were held in the year 2021 to 2022 and ever since petitioner no.2 is continuing as Manager of the Society concerned but inadvertently information with regard to same was not submitted to the ofÏcial concerned. However since factual dispute is involved in the prayer so made, opposite party No.4 i.e. District Basic Education OfÏcer, Amethi is directed to decide petitioners' application dated 02.12.2024 after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. 6.
