The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite there being specific order dated 17.11.2022, the opposite party is not letting the petitioner to meet his child in terms of the said order, for which, appropriate applications have been filed. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed applications for enforcement of the directions contained in the order dated 17.11.2022, the present petition is disposed of directing the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to ensure that the order passed by it with regard to visitation rights is complied in accordance with law. The applications filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of with all expedition preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
