Mr. Ashish Joshi, Advocate for respondent no. 3. 4. According to the petitioners, their land needs to be demarcated, however, no steps are being taken by the revenue authorities in this regard. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioners have remedy under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, 1901, therefore, he should have approached the proper forum instead of rushing to this Court. 6. This Court finds substance in the said submission. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners then submits that an application under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act has been filed. If that is so, the Assistant Collector concerned shall make endeavour to decide the said application, as per law, within two years. 8. With the aforesaid observation, writ petition is disposed of.
