Petitioner has made a representation on 09.02.2023, seeking compensation to the Executive Engineer, Construction Division Bajaro, Pauri. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “i Issue any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to determine compensation of the petitioner and pay him compensation accordingly. ii. Issue any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 4 to decide the representation dated 09.02.2023, (contained as Annexure No. 11) to this writ petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation to the respondents. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if competent authority is directed to take decision in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation within two weeks. If he makes such representation within the stipulated time, Executive Engineer concerned shall look into the matter and take decision, as per law, within nine months thereafter.
