ORDER:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner was arraigned as A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.62 of 2025 of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 329(3), 115(2), 74, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of civil disputes, the 2"^^ respondent filed a complaint falsely implicating the petitioners.
4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur District, is directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, insofar as the petitioners are concerned, for the purpose of investigation in connection with Crime No.62 of 2025.
5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off.
