This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to 4 to investigate the FIR No.0272 of 2023, under Section 66D of IT Act, 2008, Police Station Hazratganj, District Lucknow in fair and impartial manner by an independent investigating agency. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case charge sheet has been submitted before the supervisory authority. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application raising all his grievances, if any, before the supervisory authority, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within four weeks.
