Elementary Education, Panchayat Samiti Neemrana, Tehsil Behror, District Alwar. 5. B.D.O., Panchayat Samiti Neemrana, Tehsil Behror, District Alwar. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : None present For Respondent(s) : Mr. Aditya Sharma for Mr. Kesar Singh Shekhawat, AGC Mr. Saumil Sharma for Mr. GK Sharma, AGC JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 28/02/2025 1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that the petitioner has passed away and no application for substitution has been submitted by his legal representatives to continue with this petition, hence, under the changed circumstances, the instant petition stands abated. 2. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter and looking to the fact that after death of the deceased petitioner, (2 of 2) [CW-2331/2004] no application for substitution has been submitted by his legal representatives to continue with the instant petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed as abated. 3. However, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner would be at liberty for revival of this petition after filing appropriate application for their substitution on the record and for recall of this order, in case any cause of action still survives. 4. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/73
