This is an application filed by the respondent seeking clarification of the order dated 09.07.2025. 2. Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the respondent states that there is a confusion in para 22 and 24 of the said order. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 4. Mr. Divyansh, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts notice. 5. I am in agreement with the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent. For the said reasons, para 22 is clarified and shall now reads as under:- This is a digitally signed order. For the aforesaid reasons, I find that the learned Arbitrator has erred in not deciding the application of the appellant on merits, in view of the judgment of Oasis Projects Ltd. (supra)”. 6. Para 24 is also modified and shall now reads as under:- “24. The learned Arbitrator is requested to hear the application afresh which shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within four weeks.
