The present Criminal Revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 be pleased to allow this revision and set aside the impugned order dated 12.02.2021 passed in Misc. Cri. Case No. 34/2020 Before Learned Judge, Family Court, Dist. Jashpur (C.G.). ” 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that against the impugned order dated 12.02.2021, two criminal revisions have been filed, the present criminal revision as well as CRR No. 77/2022 which have been filed by the applicant through his counsel Ms. Lata Gupta, Advocate, and it also appears that her name is printed in the present revision as well as in CRR No. 77/2022. 4. On a pointed query being made from the counsel for the applicant with respect to the same, she is unable to answer to this Court for the same. 5. In view of the above, the present criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 6.
