A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under Section 18 of the Arms Act. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
