Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Girish Kumar Pande,Manoj Kumar Dwivedi,Prashant Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Amit Kumar Awasthi Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Shivam Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri Amit Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2. 2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted by this Court on 25.07.2024. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that after the bail was granted to the accused-opposite party No.2, an FIR was got lodged at the instance of the applicant narrating that the accused-opposite party No.2 had visited the school, where the daughter of the informant was working and had pressurized the victim for compromise. It is further argued that an IGRS complaint was also made by the applicant. It is also argued that a false case was tried to be registered at the instance of the accused against the applicant and his family members. However, the application was rejected. In light of the said, it is argued that the bail granted by this Court on 25.07.2024 be recalled and rejected. 4. Leaned counsel for the opposite party No.2, on the other hand, argues that accused-opposite party No.2 had gone to the school for some other work and a false case was lodged against the accused person. He, however, undertakes that he shall not visit the school premises where the victim is working. 5. Considering the fact that apart from the averments as recorded above, no good ground for bail cancellation is made out. 6. Accordingly, the bail cancellation application is rejected. 7. In case, the victim is threatened, the applicant would be at liberty to move a proper application before the trial court, who shall ensure that the necessary security is provided to the victim.
