The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a, order or direction, to opposite party no 2 to decide Regular No. 1816 of 2020 Smt.Kamal Devi Vs. Indrajeet and Others within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper, which is contained as Annexure No.2 to the petition." 3. Submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the opportunity to file the written statement has also been closed. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application for expeditious disposal of the suit which shall be considered and the suit shall be decided without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties with all expedition in accordance with law. 5. The petitioner would also at liberty to take appropriate steps for enforcement of the injunction order passed in his favour by moving an appropriate application.
