JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. Mr. S.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the amounts that are pending release by the respondent Corporation, approximately 60% of the amount has been released and the pending amount is around ₹ 67 lakhs (Rupees Sixty-seven lakhs) only.
2. Mr. A.S.Pandey, learned counsel for respondent Corporation submits that as there is a financial crunch, the payments have not been made promptly, but however, undertakes that the remaining amounts will positively be released within three months from today. 2025:MLHC:131

3. Mr. S.Deb, learned counsel of the petitioner accepts the undertaking and prays that the writ petition be closed at this stage on this submission.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed by accepting the undertaking that the balance amount shall be cleared within a period of three months from the date of this order.
5. Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
