Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Court, where the proceedings are going on. Counsel further submits that some time bound direction may also be issued to the concerned Court to decide the application(s) seeking permission to go abroad to meet his daughter and consequential release of his passport, if filed by the petitioner. 3.
