Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 21.11.2025 The petitioners, through the medium of present petition, have thrown challenge to Office Order dated 23rd August 2025 issued by respondent No. 5 whereby pay of the petitioners has been refixed without issuing any notice to them and without hearing them. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners would feel satisfied if the present writ petition is treated as representation and a decision thereon is taken within specified time after hearing the petitioners. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the present writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioners which shall be considered by the respondents most expeditiously in accordance with law after hearing the petitioners preferably within a period of two months from the date a copy of the writ petition as also copy of this order are made available by the petitioners to the respondents.
